eCatholic Payments is transforming how Catholic organizations receive and process donations and payments. Featuring rapid-funding, easy drag-and-drop features, seamless integration, and mobile friendly forms, the service makes online giving simple!
Now, you can generate printable PDF reports of transactions processed on your website with a single mouse click.
This new feature is excellent for bookkeeping purposes, and is offered along with our other eCatholic Payments reporting options. Go ahead and generate PDF documents you can use for council meetings, grant submissions, campaign committees, or staff meeting updates.
Here's how to use this new feature: If you already use eCatholic Payments, go the the Payments Center and look for the “PDF” download option (pictured above). It's located just above the Member ID column of your transactions list. After you filter your transactions as desired, click “PDF” to immediately generate your report.

The new Verona theme is sleek and modern, yet offers a timeless appearance with its traditional font and bold color palettes. It’s a simply refreshing upgrade for any eCatholic website. We especially think you'll enjoy the following features in Verona:
From the blog: Try Verona, a classic website design with a modern touch
Here are a few improvements we've made to existing eCatholic features and functionality.
Need to find transaction details quickly, or view them differently in the Payments Center? eCatholic Payments users can now sort their transactions list (in the Transactions/Reporting tab) and their donor information (in the Donor Management tab) by clicking the name of each column.
For example, data in the Transactions/Reporting tab is automatically sorted by payment date. However, if you want to sort your transactions list by amount instead, just click the Amount column. If you want to sort your donor information list by donors' first names, click the First Name column, etc.
Released earlier this spring, the Lourdes website theme has become a popular choice. The theme's slim header region was designed to draw attention to whatever beautiful photos or videos are plugged into the large feature region.
In a recent theme update, the pixel dimensions of the site name and logo area in Lourdes increased. This means that schools, churches, or ministries using the free Lourdes theme will enjoy more room in which to establish their brand in the header region. If you’re looking to change your website’s theme, check out Lourdes today!.
At our latest eCatholic Team Summit, a monthly virtual gathering aimed at helping to build our team culture, we got an inside look at the latest eCatholic office headquartered in College Station, Texas. Interestingly, as eCatholic has grown, our office has shrunk! As a remote company, eCatholic has 20 employees working from 14 different cities across North America. So our headquarters space doesn’t require a whole lot of room. Does it work? Of course! Even with thousands of miles between all of us, we still feel like one big happy work family.
It’s easy to witness other people’s talents in their professional role since certain traits are great for customer support, leadership, creative work, software development, etc. While your coworkers' awesome gifts may be obvious, do you know what other fun things they are capable of?
We decided to dive into our teammates' hidden talents and learned some pretty incredible facts. For example, Happiness Engineer and Diocesan Assistant Karen Lackey is quite skilled with a pencil and paper: She has sketched her five children (including two sets of twins) when they were each as young as six months old!
And it’s no secret that Executive Assistant Lisa Garner loves being a Texan and spending time on the ranch. What we didn’t realize was that she has award-winning vocals for impersonating a horse! ;)
Speaking of hidden talents, here's a flashback to that time the eCatholic team performed an original holiday recording of "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." Pentatonix may soon be put out of business. :)
